24-Month Warranty Program - Applies to G1WH purchased from DashCameraNation.com
Customer may return G1WH Dash Camera within 24-Months of invoice date for a repair or replacment of the originally shipped G1WH.
The customer is responsible for shipping cost for the return of the product to DashCameraNation.com. DashCameraNation will pay for the shipping of the repair or replaced unit back to the customer.
You should expect to receive your repaired or replacment G1WH within 14 to 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a repaired or replacement G1WH more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process, diagnose and repair/replace your G1WH once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to package and ship the product back to you (3-5 days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
