DashCameraNation Industry Leading 3-Year Warranty Returns Policy
- Customer may return ANY Dash Camera within 3-Years of invoice date for a repair or replacement from the original shipped date.
- The customer is responsible for shipping cost for the return of the product to DashCameraNation.com.
- DashCameraNation will pay for the shipping of the repair or replaced unit back to the customer.
- You should expect to receive your repaired or replacement Dash Camera within 14 to 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper,
- This time period includes the transit time for us to:
- Receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days)
- The time it takes us to process, diagnose and repair/replace your Dash Cam once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- The time it takes for us to package and ship the product back to you (3-5 days).
To return an item, please request an RMA via the following link and follow these instructions:
- simply login to your account,
- view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
