Here are the basic steps:

  1. Pack the Dash Cam and accessories securely in the original package. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.
  2. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  5. If you do not have an account simply contact DashCameraNation Customer Care at CustomerCare@DashCameraNation.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Once you have obtained your Return Authorization Number, ship the return package to the address provided by Customer Service. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
  8. Please note that to provide a refund, there must be a record of your purchase at DashCameraNation.com. If there is not a record of your purchase we will be unable to provide you with an RMA to initiate the return and refund Please be certain that your purchase was made at DashCameraNation.com and not on another E-commerce site where DashCameraNation cameras are sold.

3-Year Warranty Returns Policy

Customer may return ANY Dash Camera purchased at DashCameraNation.com within 3-Years of invoice date for a repair or replacement of the originally shipped Dash Camera. The customer is responsible for shipping cost for the return of the product to DashCameraNation.com. DashCameraNation will pay for the shipping of the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.

You should expect to receive your repaired or replacement DashCam within 14 to 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a repaired or replacement DashCamera more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process, diagnose and repair/replace your G1WH once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to package and ship the product back to you (3-5 days).

We provide free shipping to all locations within the 48 States of the Continental United States.

We do provide free shipping for product outside of the Continental US, with the addition of a processing and handling fee to cover any duties and taxes. However, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
